You add your requested program to the cart and pay on Square's secure checkout after submitting your assessment. Your order stays on hold until your provider reviews it.
If your provider decides treatment is not clinically appropriate, our team will contact you privately to arrange a refund or an alternative consultation.
Yes. You'll receive a text when your assessment is under review and another when your order ships. Texts never include medical details.
